((NOT FINISHED....I'LL FINISH LATER))
Lufwood says (7:30 PM):
It had barely reached 6:00 when the alarm next to the bed blared the morning weather. The girl in the bed next to it groaned and slammed the alarm, making it break. There was another alarm that would have to be purchased before school started. The girl grudgingly got out of bed and shuffled around the room. Why did they have to get up so early? Her black hair, kept tidy by keeping it short, stuck up. Bad bedhead. She pulled a bikini and a pair of shorts from the dirty laundry pile and dressed. Astrid, the girl—who was now 14—shuffled to the bathroom to wash up. She hated mornings, one could clearly tell. After washing her face, brushing her hair and teeth, she searched the bathroom for her deodorant. “Phoenix? Where’s my deodorant?” She called.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (7:37 PM):
"I don't know." Phoenix grumbled in response as she rolled out of bed and sat up, pushing her long black hair out of her face. "Should be on the counter where it usually is." she continued, stretching her arms over her head before getting to her feet. She shuffled over to her dresser to get a bikini and a pair of shorts before grabbing a towel and heading into the bathroom. "Watch it kidlet...I need a shower to make me up." she said with a yawn as she scratched her head.
Lufwood says (7:42 PM):
Finally, Astrid found it hidden under a hairbrush before leaving the bathroom. "Yeah, yeah, yeah." She waved her hand. She finished as she headed down the steps to the kitchen. Opening the fridge she looked for whatever she could get to eat. In the back she found eggs and bread. It would do, though she would be hungry a few hours later. She would convince Phoenix to stop for something to eat.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (7:47 PM):
"...why the hell are we up so early..." Phoenix muttered to herself as she turned on the shower and stepped in, turning the water to cold to wake her up. Once she was washed and refreshed she got out and dried off before slipping into her bikini and shorts. Once her hair was dried she headed down into the kitchen to look for something to eat, finding Astrid at the stove. "I hate early morning." she grumbled playfully as she opened the frige and blinked, it was practically empty. "Daaaaamn...when was the last time we went grocery shopping." she said as she shuffled around a few barely empty cartons of left over Thai food and looked over at Astrid. "...were those the last of the eggs?"
Lufwood says (7:51 PM):
Astrid nodded and placed two plates on the table. “There was enough for two eggs each and toast. I don’t know how we eat so much.” She took a seat and smothered her eggs with ketchup. “And we’re up this early because we’re going to the beach. This was your idea.” She shoveled one egg into her mouth and chewed. She wiped the dribble with toast and ate that down.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (7:53 PM):
((haha...I've decided that one of Phoenix's quirks is that she has conversations with herself ))
Lufwood says (7:53 PM):
(Alright. xD)
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (7:54 PM):
"...why did I inisit we get up this early to go to the beach? We could just as easily have gone in the afternoon." Phoenix muttered to herself as she sat down, tore off a piece of toast and dipped it in the egg yoke. "Ah well. Gives us more time at the beach before going grocery shopping later." she continued as she shoved the toast into her mouth and looked over at Astrid. "So which beach do you want to go to?"
Lufwood says (8:01 PM):
“Hmmm…” Astrid thought for a moment. “Why don’t we go to Malibu?” She asked. She always loved Malibu beach. She didn’t tell this to Phoenix, but Astrid would often skip class to head down there with friends. She finished breakfast and put her plate in the dishwasher. She turned and smiled at Phoenix.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (8:05 PM):
Phoenix thought for a moment before nodding and eating the rest of her eggs. "Yeah sure Malibu sounds great." she said as she stood and walked over to the sink and rinsed off her plate. "I know that you love Malibu...especially when you're skipping class and sneaking down there." she said as she placed her plate into the dishwasher as well and looked at Astrid, raising her eyebrow slightly and smirking. There wasn't much Astrid could keep secret from her, she somehow always knew.
Lufwood says (8:17 PM):
Astrid tensed. "You know about that?" She asked quietly. God, Phoenix had a sixth sense or something. Whatever though. It was summer, nothing could ruin it. She snatched her bag off one of the kitchen chairs and grabbed the keys. "Can I back the car out of the driveway?" She asked, heading for the back door. She gave a sweet smile. She knew the answer would be 'no' but it didn't hurt to try.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (9:13 PM):
Phoenix laughed and smiled at Astrid. "Of course I know about that. I know everything you do. It wasn't THAT long ago that I was 14...and I did a lot worse than skipping class on a summer day." She said as she grabbed the beach bag she had packed the night before and snatched the keys from the girls hand. "And there's no way in hell you are going anywhere NEAR the steering wheel of my Mustang till you're 16 with a full permit." she said, ruffling the girls hair before leading her out the door.
Lufwood says (9:15 PM):
Astrid pouted and tossed Phoenix the keys. She smoothed down her hair and followed Phoenix to the car. "You know, I have a feeling that my parents would be cool and let me back the car out of the driveway," she muttered before slipping into the passengers seat. Astrid tossed her stuff in the back and buckled up.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (9:32 PM):
"If your parents were awesome like me and drove a Mustang that was barely a year old, no they wouldn't." Phoenix said with a laugh as she got into the drivers seat and did up her seat belt. When she started the ignition she pushed the button that made the top of the car slide back making it a convertible. "As for the skipping class...while I'm not happy about it, I'm not going to go batshit crazy over it. I'm not your parent...its your life and I trust you enough to make your own choices, and if you make a bad one then you're the one who has to face the consequences."
Lufwood says (9:35 PM):
That was one thing that Astrid loved about Phoenix. She was so easy going when it came to Astrid's life. She sat back and they soon were off. The scenery of California passing by them quickly. The salt air blowing their hair. She loved the ocean more than anything. She closed her eyes gently and raised her face to the sun, soaking up its rays. "God, now I'm happy that we woke up early."
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (9:55 PM):
Phoenix smiled as she nodded in agreement, enjoying the feeling of the cool ocean air blowing through her hair. An hour later they arrived at the beach. It was still early with very few people around, though Phoenix knew it would get busier by lunch time. Turning the car off she got out. "Come on kidlet, help me get everything out of the trunk."
Lufwood says (10:01 PM):
Kidlet was a nickname that Phoenix had been using forever. Astrid went to the back and grabbed their towels and cooler half-full of junk and pop. She turned on her heels and hurried to the beach. Since they were early, it wasn't like the good places would be taken. Astrid was just so excited about being at the beach. She dropped their stuff in the middle of the beach, a prime spot to watch guys.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (10:30 PM):
Phoenix laughed as she watch Astrid excitedly grabbed what she could and ran to get a good spot. Phoenix herself grabbed the two beach umbrella's and followed behind, setting them up before grabbing a bottle of water and settling down on the towel that Astrid had set out for her.
Lufwood says (10:34 PM):
Astrid rested on her stomach and stared at the ocean, a bottle of water in her hands. She drank down half the bottle. As the day wore on, more and more people crowded the beach. This meant, more hot guys. Astrid stared with enjoyment.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (10:48 PM):
The two of them laughed and giggled, whispering to each other as they swooned over the cute guys and rolled their eyes at the ones who acted like they were more then they were. Sitting up Phoenix turned and saw one really buff blonde guy jogging down the beach, drawing the eyes of every other female he passed. "Ohhh...look at this one." she gasped, gently hitting Astrid on the arm as he ran past. "Oh...that was perfection..."
Lufwood says (10:50 PM):
Astrid nodded, wiping away the water that spilled from her mouth. "I wish I could get that one." She followed the man down the beach and gave a low whistle. "He can pass by any time." She laughed and fell backwards. "God, how am I going to attact anyone looking so skinny. I'm so skinny that if you turned me sideways and stuck out my tongue I'd look like a zipper."
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (10:52 PM):
Phoenix laughed and shook her head as she sat up, her long black hair falling over her shoulders. "Don't worry girl...it won't last long. One morning you'll wake up and BOOM...you have tits and hips. That's what happened to me at your age." she said as she finished her bottle of water and grabbed another one as she looked down the beach at the blonde guy who had passed. "Yes he sure was a looker...come on...come back this way now." she said with a giggle.
Lufwood says (10:54 PM):
"I want hips and tits now." Astrid pouted before bursting into laughter. She got to her feet. "I'm going in for a swim. I'll be back soon." Before Phoenix could say anything else she dashed down the beach to the water. She jumped in allowing herself to float.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:02 PM):
Phoenix didn't even bother to object as the girl ran off, it was the reason they had come after all. Instead of running after the girl tho, Phoenix stood and stripped off her shorts and tank top revealing a red bikini, lathered herself up with suntan lotion, closed her umbrella, and streached out on her towel to get herself a nice tan.
Lufwood says (11:06 PM):
As Phoenix suntanned the blonde man jogged past them again, skidding to a stop. He walked over to her. "Wench!" He demanded. "Do you know where I can find refreshment?" He asked. He watched as the woman looked up to protest before freezing. He knelt. "I ask again, do you know where I can find refreshment."
Lufwood says (11:08 PM):
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:13 PM):
Phoenix's eyes snapped open when she heard the word wench and she looked up to see the buff blonde guy who had run past standing over her, staring down at her. For a moment she was mesmerized by him. 'Wait did he just call me a wench?' she thought to herself, suddenly completely turned off by the man. She was about to protest and tell him to fuck off when he knelt beside her and asked again, more kindly this time. Still very angry at the wench comment, she glared at him as she pulled a bottle of water from the cooler and shoved it into his hands. "There...now go away asshole." she growled. "Call me a wench again and I'll beat the shit out of your face."
Lufwood says (11:15 PM):
The man was taken aback. "M'lady, I am very sorry if I hurt you in any way. I thank you this water." He cracked it open and drank it down within seconds. He got to his feet. "If there is anything I can do to make it up to you." As the man apologized Astrid hurried back up the beach and stopped. She raised her finger. "Hey, the hottie came back. And...oooohhhh he's flittering with you Phoenix!" She teased, with a smile. Astrid grabbed another bottle of water and a bag of chips and sat crossed legged on her towel. "Does she mock me?" The man asked.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:27 PM):
"Does she mock me?" Phoenix mocked at him, then rolled her eyes and looked at Astrid. "I'd HARDLY say he was flirting. The jerk called me a wench. Who the hell uses the word wench in this day and age." she grumbled as she sat up to fix her bikini top which had come loose. She then looked back at the blonde guy as he watched her. He did seem sincere about the apology. "Fine...I accept your apology." she said with a sigh as she slipped her fingers through her long hair.
Lufwood says (11:29 PM):
"I thank you." The man took her hand and kissed it gently. He stood and stared off into the distance. Astrid leaned over to Phoenix. "I think your boyfriend is strange." She giggled and looked back. She narrowed her eyes. Who was the black haired dude in the coat?
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:31 PM):
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:39 PM):
"He's not my boyfriend." Phoenix muttered as she watched the man walk away, blushing slightly from the kiss on her hand. As she looked away her gaze followed Astrid's and also fell upon the black haired man with the coat. Her first thought was to wonder how the hell he could wear that coat in this hear, but then immediately her senses were assaulted with alarm. He was watching them from and it was almost as though a bright red neon sign flashed over him that said DANGER! Goosebumps rose on her skin and her stomach suddenly felt sick...something was wrong with that man. "Astrid..." she said softly, reaching for the girls arm, "...Astrid we need to get out of here...now!"
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:39 PM):
((what should Loki do?))
Lufwood says (11:40 PM):
(Umm...what's the worst he could do?)
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:41 PM):
((no idea...maybe freeze everyone on the beach and go after the girls?))
Lufwood says (11:41 PM):
(Okay)
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (11:54 PM):
((ur post...then I'll post Loki's attack))
Lufwood says (11:56 PM):
"Uhh...right." Astrid scrambled to her feet and hurried down the beach to the car. Soon the whole beach was staring at the two men. It was like something from an old Western movie. The hero and the villian having a stare off. The blonde hottie stepped forward, his hands clenched into two fists. "Loki!" He demanded. "What are you doing here?" Astrid looked back. What the fuck was he saying?
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (12:01 AM):
Phoenix had barely had time to get to her feet and Astrid was already gone. She hadn't even taken a step when she felt a surge of energy brush past her like a chilly wind. When she looked around it was as if time had stopped on the entire beach, everyone was frozen like statues. Whirling around Phoenix was happy to see Astrid was perfectly fine, standing by the car. A chill went up her back suddenly and when she turned around the man in the coat was standing right behind her, a chilling smile on his face.
"Hello love." Loki said, ignoring the demands of the blonde man, his hand around Phoenix's throat faster than anyone could see.
Lufwood says (12:05 AM):
Astrid watched as the man appeared in front of Phoenix. She gasped and ran over to him. She hit his shoulders, too no avail. “Leave her alone fuck head!” She yelled. The hair on the back of her neck tingled. Her hands grabbed his shoulders and she jumped onto his back.
Lufwood says (12:05 AM):
The man, or Thor, rushed over to Loki. Gently, he brushed Astrid off and grabbed Loki by the throat. “Leave her be Loki!” He demanded, throwing him across the beach. Slowly, he walked over to him and stood above.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (12:20 AM):
Phoenix fell to the sand and took a large gasping breath. When she was able to speak she looked over at Astrid. "I told you to get out of here..." she wheezed.
Loki was back on his feet easily, brushing the sand off his coat. "This has nothing to do with you Thor. Get out of the way." he hissed.
Lufwood says (12:22 AM):
"I can't leave without you." Astrid helped Phoenix to her feet and pushed her to the car. "Come on, while we still have time." She looked back, staring at the man brushing himself off.
"You're hurting innocent people!" Thor narrowed his eyes. "By Oddin I swear if you don't leave I will have to kill you brother."
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (12:26 AM):
"What...is going on..." Phoenix said as she whirled around to see what was happening. She gasped to see the blonde hottie facing off with the man who had just attacked her. "What is he doing!"
"You know you can't kill me." Loki laughed and shook his head. "And I wasn't hurting anyone. There's only one that I want." he said with a smirk, glancing around Thor to see that the girl was still here, staring at them in awe. "If you'll excuse me..." he said, disappearing suddenly and reappearing by Phoenix.
Lufwood says (12:28 AM):
Astrid jumped before stepping in front of Phoenix. For some reason, this man didn't scare her. She narrowed her eyes. "Don't you dare hurt her you asshole!" She snapped. She grabbed a nearby stick and flung it across his head. It shattered in her hands. Astrid gasped. What the fuck?
Thor hurried across the sand, his hand reached out. "Loki!" He cried.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (12:36 AM):
"Out of the way...stupid girl." Loki sneered as he shoved Astrid out of the way sending her skidding down the beach and looked down at Phoenix. He looked her up and down, laughing at her state of helplessness. "Oh how helpless you are...it's good you have no idea the strength you have inside you." he said with a smirk.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" Phoenix growled, wishing now that she had more with her than just a bikini. She looked around for something, anything, she could defend herself with. With speed she didn't even know she had she snatched up the baseball bat and wielded it threateningly. "Take one step closer...and I'll re-arrange your fucking face!"
Lufwood says (12:40 AM):
Astrid groaned and got to her feet again. With great effort she staggered forward. Everything hurt. But she couldn't let Phoenix get hurt. "Phoenix! Run!" She yelled. She fell to her knees. Thor grabbed a large pole from a broken umbrella and ran at his brother. He gave a loud cry and flung the pole down.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (12:47 AM):
Thor's attack sent Loki flying, and he landed a few feet away from Astrid. Getting to his feet he cast his brother and the girl a seething glare as he tossed his hair back and brushed the sand off himself. "Fine then...you want to play THAT way huh?" he asked, reaching out and suddenly grabbing Astrid and pulling her to him. He glared at Phoenix. "I'll keep this one till you decide to play along." he said, and then they were gone.
Everything happened so fast Phoenix didn't even know what happened. One moment the guy and Astrid were there, the next moment he was gone with her. "Astrid?" she said, blinking in shock a moment, completely stunned. "Astrid? ASTRID!" she screamed, grabbing at her hair as she whirled around to see if they were still on the beach. "Oh my God he took Astrid!" she cried hysterically, unsure of what to do.
Lufwood says (12:50 AM):
Thor jogged over to Phoenix. "M'lady, are you hurt in any way?" He asked. He grabbed her reassuringly by the shoulders. "My dear, this Astrid girl, she will be found. I make you that promise." He bowed his head. His words seemed to go right past her. The woman seemed to be in a lot of pain over losing the girl. He stepped back and straightened his back. He looked up.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (12:55 AM):
"Oh God Astrid...what am I going to do!" Phoenix cried, tears stinging her eyes as she collapsed into the sand, grabbing her hair and shaking her head. "I was supposed to care of her...I was supposed to protect her. I couldn't protect her...and now she's....oh God where is she..." she sobbed as tears started streaming down her cheeks. Beyond her the world had unfrozen, and life continued on the beach as if nothing had happened.
Lufwood says (12:58 AM):
"Oddin, father, where would he take her?" Thor walked to her. "Phoenix, come. We shall go see my father." He helped her to her feet and scooped her into his arms. "My father shall help you find this...Astrid girl." He truly sympathized with her. He looked up again at the sky. Soon the two were encircled by a flash of light and they landed firmly on solid ground once again. He dropped Phoenix.

Lufwood says (1:06 AM):
Oddin, father, where would he take her?" Thor walked to her. "Phoenix, please let me make this up to you. This is my fault." He helped her to her feet. "I need to get council. But I will be back and I promise I will get her back. What you need to do is be strong. For Astrid. Stay here." He jogged off.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (1:10 AM):
Phoenix looked up at him, confused as to what was going on. Her mind was a whirl and all she could make out of what he was saying was that it was his fault, and silently she agreed. It was his fault, none of this would have happened if he hadn't been there. The next thing he knew he told her to stay where she was and ran off. She blinked in shock again. "You're just going to LEAVE ME HERE?" she screamed after him, drawing strange looks from people. Flushing slightly she turned and went to get into her car. "Astrid...why did this happen?" she whimpered as she rest her head against the steering wheel.
Lufwood says (7:30 PM):
It had barely reached 6:00 when the alarm next to the bed blared the morning weather. The girl in the bed next to it groaned and slammed the alarm, making it break.
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (1:02 AM):
((lol...is he allowed to take humans to Asgard?))
Lufwood says (1:02 AM):
(He took Jane, in the movie, to Asgard)
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (1:03 AM):
((...I don't remember him taking Jane...he went back, Jane was left on Earth, and they got separated when he had to destroy the bridge))
Lufwood says (1:03 AM):
(Well, technically she ain't human.)
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (1:03 AM):
((yes...but they don't know that yet! lol))
Lufwood says (1:03 AM):
(Sssshh. She's an exception)
Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter...and those who matter don't mind! says (1:04 AM):
((I don't think it's a good idea for him to take her there...at least not right now in the state she's in. It would drive her nuts...))
